Dana Hill
An author, speaker and mentor, she loves to share about the God of second chances and her hope is to encourage others on their journey Home. She fell in love with Jesus when she was 32 years old. She has been walking with him for 33 years. She and Jesus have been on a roller coaster ride! They have walked through raging waters and flaming fires and He has increased her faith. When everyone had given up on her, God rescued her, and she is still amazed at His mercy, grace and unconditional love. His hand was always reaching for her.
She has worked as a secretary at First Baptist Church Boaz for 17 years. She has been married to her husband, Larry, for 41 years. We have 2 children, 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She enjoys being out in nature with the Creator and bragging on Jesus.
Keynote Speaker-
Audra Noojin
Audra has a heart for teaching the Word of God to women. She desires to teach the Word in a way that takes it from the head to the heart. She is married to Joshua Noojin who serves at the Etowah Baptist Association as the Associate Director of Missions and Church Health strategist. They have been called to church revitalization in this area and seek to carry that out in various capacities. They work alongside each other in ministry while raising their three children.

Erika Westcott
Erika Westcott has called Gadsden home for most of her life and is the proud mom of three amazing young adults (17, 19, and 22). She’s a mortgage lender by trade, helping buyers understand the loan process and finance their homes with confidence. She serves as an ambassador for a non – profit organization called First Hone IQ that focuses on improving financial literacy in the younger generations. Erika is also the co-host of the Empower Her with Morgan & Erika podcast, where real talk and God’s truth meet. Her heart beats for connecting with women, helping them discover their identity in Christ, trust His process and timing, and live in a way that honors both God and themselves. When she’s not working or encouraging women in faith, you’ll find her reading, listening to music, hanging out with her teens and their friends, or serving at Church of the Highlands Gadsden, where she stays actively involved.
Morning Keynote Speaker –
Cassie Shields
She is both a speaker and teacher of God’s Word. The women’s ministry leader at First Baptist Church Hokes Bluff, she believes in the power of God’s Word. She desires to see women in and around this area come to know Christ and know him more intimately, and for that relationship to spark a fire leading them to develop a passion that affects other women in their path.
Afternoon Keynote Speaker-
Erin Davis
Erin Davis is a writer and teacher passionately committed to getting women of all ages to the deep well of God’s Word. She is the author of more than a dozen books and Bible studies, including Connected, Beyond Bath Time, 7 Feasts and the host of The Deep Well podcast and Grounded videocast. When she’s not writing, you can find Erin chasing chickens and children on her small farm in the Midwest.
